Move to feel…

and return home to a body you can trust.

Many smart, mature, successful people have a problem they keep to themselves: they still struggle to feel centered and powerful in their bodies due to embodied emotional stress. I help them access the evolutionary power in their deep brain through posture and walking so they can have the strength and confidence to meet old and new challenges with calm.

Do you want to learn how to generate internal signals that dissolve self-doubt and extinguish compulsive or avoidant behaviors? Do you want to unearth and dismantle the core limitations that are stored in your body?

With the Coherent Body approach, you will connect the dots from everything you’ve already learned into a framework that makes concrete, specific, and enduring changes that you’ll feel clearly in your body and mind.

Opening my body - noticing change is possible - has opened my mind that choice is possible.

Get started with a simple concept that re-aligns your fascia and posture

I was stunned, laughing out loud and crying, when I hit the three keys and my body ‘stood itself up’. Weightless, effortless and with incredible balance. Gorgeous feeling. Amazing. Who knew?? 😮

Are your lungs trapped by your posture?

I’ve been working for over a year trying to unstick my breathing and return to a natural breath pattern. The three keys and the elastic breathing got me to the basic level of it on the first day. Thank you!

This modern approach to movement focuses on how the body and brain understand information. Learn this and you will transform the way you live in your daily body with more resilience, power and ease. How does that happen?

gravity, light, sound

On a fundamental level, you organize yourself all day long to gravity, light, and sounds. This global organization is distributed through a structure that weaves through the entire body and it is highly changeable - fascia - and your sensory system is by design adaptable. When you get more from this malleable structure, and when you work simultaneously on your sensory systems to create change in your body, you learn to uncover skills you’ve always had within you.

When you work with me, you learn to build your body skills first. Then you’ll learn systematic ways to dismantle narrative blocks.

Hi there!

Are you looking for better solutions to mind-body issues - solutions that make sense and are practical? You’re in the right place. You can learn more about yourself while resolving persistent or challenging issues.

I'm perpetually curious about what moves a person, and I have trained extensively in somatic movement, bodywork, and perception to anchor my understanding of a coherent body.

If you feel like you've tried everything, contact me. This approach is different. I’m thrilled you found me - you will love the results! -Sue Choi

My hands-on work is informed by trainings in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, manual osteopathic traditions, and proprioceptive touch. My movement work is inspired by trainings in Emilie Conrad's Continuum Movement, Svetlana Masgutova's Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration™, somatic movement with Hubert Godard, dance medicine with Marika Molnar of Westside Dance PT (NYC), yoga therapy, and pilates. Studies in perceptual systems include trainings in the Tomatis™ Method, Bates Method and visual perception. I’m also a certified expert in Stanford researcher BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits® method.
